Refund & Cancellation

Refund Policy

Since DVDs and/or CDs can be copied, there are no refunds on DVD's and/or CDs, after you have received your DVD. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

DVD orders may be cancelled and a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping charges issued IF you have not yet received your DVD(s).

Processing your refund

Please allow 15 days to process your refund. Once we refund you, we'll notify you and the money will be back into your card in 15 business days. If there is a delay for the refund, we'll keep you informed.
